| Nostalgia Urbana - Piazzolla (piano) |
ILAN ROGOFF - An absolutely beautiful piano solo, improvised music of Astor Piazzolla. A perfect breach between folk and classical. Human and urban elements, wonderfully nostalgic and passionate, sensual and loving. These compositions represent different styles mastered by Piazzolla. Classic structures, beautiful melodies, rich harmonies and typical rhythms derived from Argentinean folk music.
"This is music I can give to my grandchildren and say, This is what we did with our lives." Astor Piazzolla. |

| Barrameda |
| JOHN FILLMORE - Barrameda is slightly different to most Flamenco recordings, you will only hear Flamenco guitar, there is no percussion, singing or any other instruments, this is pure unadulterated guitar and its raw and beautiful. John will grip you and whirl you into a passionate flurry of emotions through his mathematical precision and sensitivity, this is wonderful. Recorded in a 16th century church, the recording is crisp and sharp... some might even say perfect. |

| Classical Piano |
JONATHAN OSHRY - In this performance by Jonathan, he demonstrates his ability by deeply interpreting the works of four different composers, Bach, Chopin, Gaspard and Shubert with nothing less than expressive and superb skill. His rendition of Gaspards' de la Nuit will transport you out into the cosmos, his sensitivity and beauty is poured out through his finger tips and is bright and dazzling.
He is worth listening to over and over again. |
