ROBERT EDWIN - 10 tracks on this album, and they are all brilliant! They represent the times in which we live, with these songs Robert talks us through all the noise of our era, all the change and the cross over between real and virtual. When I hear this loud in the morning, I am bio fuel, secondlife, a samsung smart phone and a stainless steel espresso machine on a treadmill. Highly recommended by MOOCSOUND and we hope to hear more from him.
Musicas de Apartamento
Musicas de Apartamento
T3+UNS - In Portugal, T3 is used as a description for a 3 bedroom apartment. That’s the origin of this musical project, the songs were written and composed in the musicians apartments (T3), the others (UNS) were guests invited to add to the album which is rightly called 'Musicas de Apartamento'. The album contains 10 beautiful songs performed with care and enjoyment, these tracks are the works of 'T3' consisting of Antero Abreu (vocals), Fred Xavier (electric bass), Miguel Ferreira (keyboards, guitars and production), Filipe Deniz (drums and percussion), and '+UNS' consisting of Xocolate (percussion), Joăo Marquee (electric guitars), Simeăo Britto (acoustic guitar), André Britto (vocals), Cesinha (accordion) and Pedro Vidal (pedal steel guitar).

THE ROSCOE EXPERIMENT - There is a great consistency throughout Roscophonic EP, T.R.E have forged a sound that's unmistakably theirs, the action in each track lends towards versatility and listener enjoyment... FUTURE MUSIC put it well..."Electro for those post club moments or for a Sunday morning chillout, or so it says here. Lively and Pleasantly melodic, there's loads of interesting stuff going on, with plenty of ambiance to keep it in its own space in the nicely detailed mix. Put it on in the background while fryin' yer bacon..."
I personally feel like a puppy dog that's sat on a wasp before being chased through a forest when I listen to these tracks... but then again, not everyday is a Sunday, and some of us don't eat bacon.

SUSANA LANG-LENTON - With 'Give it a Try', Susana smoothly delivers twelve sophisticated and excellently produced tracks. Her voice is charismatic and soulful, this combined with the rich musical elements of her work creates a wonderfully versatile album that adapts to almost any backdrop or mood.
'Give it a Try' was recorded in Gran Canaria,Spain and mixed in Madrid by Luis del Toro and later mastered by Grammy winner, José Luis Crespo who is known for his work with Pedro Almodóvar productions.

BORGES - With these five songs, Borges walks with you sprinkling over your imagination nostalgia and hope that drift through each season in beautiful light. Each expression is humble and gentle, fragrant and clean. The listener feels calm and travelled, explored and unexplored, naive and wise. An endearing collection of soulful tracks possessing bold and simple charm which beautifully believe in you.
Borges e.p. Edited in 2007: Georges Borges - digitally altered guitar and piano, vocals.
Eleanor Azedine - bass, blows, vocals.
Luisa Santiago - synths and samplers, turntablism
Roy de Souza - percussion, noises.
Nostalgia Urbana - Piazzolla (piano)
Nostalgia Urbana - Piazzolla (piano)
ILAN ROGOFF - An absolutely beautiful piano solo, improvised music of Astor Piazzolla. A perfect breach between folk and classical. Human and urban elements, wonderfully nostalgic and passionate, sensual and loving. These compositions represent different styles mastered by Piazzolla. Classic structures, beautiful melodies, rich harmonies and typical rhythms derived from Argentinean folk music.
"This is music I can give to my grandchildren and say, This is what we did with our lives." Astor Piazzolla.
Barrameda
Barrameda
JOHN FILLMORE - Barrameda is slightly different to most Flamenco recordings, you will only hear Flamenco guitar, there is no percussion, singing or any other instruments, this is pure unadulterated guitar and its raw and beautiful. John will grip you and whirl you into a passionate flurry of emotions through his mathematical precision and sensitivity, this is wonderful. Recorded in a 16th century church, the recording is crisp and sharp... some might even say perfect.
