Started in 2004 in the West Midlands of England, The Roscoe Experiment is an electronic music project, and the work of producer/guitarist 'Fat Dave'. The unique sound has evolved over time from the 'ambient-ish' post-club electro of early releases to the 'psychedellic bigbeat' of more recent times. Fusing elements of funk, indie, electro and hip hop, The Roscoe Experiment sound is upbeat and yet sinister at the same time. The live band consists of 'Fat Dave' on samplers, synths and guitar, Dean Holyoake on bass and guitar and Dave 'Lard' Adams on vocals"...
Fun and interesting to listen to, travelling and mischievous, downright enjoyable.

THE ROSCOE EXPERIMENT - There is a great consistency throughout Roscophonic EP, T.R.E have forged a sound that's unmistakably theirs, the action in each track lends towards versatility and listener enjoyment... Lively and Pleasantly melodic, there's loads of interesting stuff going on, with plenty of ambiance to keep it in its own space in the nicely detailed mix. I personally feel like a puppy dog that's sat on a wasp before being chased through a forest when I listen to these tracks... but then again, not everyday is a Sunday, and some of us don't eat bacon.
